This System was also installed in 1985 with an EPS/wood fiber substrate. System was renewed in 1998 and remained intact until Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Although the roof survived the hurricane, the parapet walls were broken and the building was then condemned. In addition to the roof, the block/brick walls were also coated with a polyester membrane bridging gaps and expansion joints and were also functional for fourteen years before the next coating was applied.
