Multiple leaks plagued this R-panel metal roof over the paint store below. The Flex-Kote Roofing System was chosen as being more economical than roof replacement. The roof system was installed in the summer of 2000. Photos shown were taken in January of 2010. The owner states "This is the best investment I've ever made for this building."
