This walk-in freezer was leaking air and water. Compressors were being replaced every few months from burn out and overuse.
By proper prepping and the FlexKote Waterproof Flashing System being installed to eliminate all joints and points of air loss the efficiency of the freezer
was dramatically increased.
Secondly our reflective acrylic exterior coating was applied to the entire exterior of the panels reducing surface temperatures from solar heat absorption. The application resulted in the reduction from three to two condensing systems for the freezer and a temperature drop of 20 Degrees Fahrenheit.
