Elastomeric roofing system for commercial metal and flat roofing systems.
We began combining the benefits of polyester fabrics and polymer acrylic emulsions in 1985. Through the course of approximately 22 years of actual installations, we have developed a system that uses a common sense approach toward solving problems.
It just makes sense that if a roof has no seams or joints, even at the flashings, that it cannot leak. There is no heat, no mechanical fasteners or large heavy rolls of material. Fluid-applied means that it is fully adhered to all surfaces and is manufactured in place.... coat by coat.
The system has weathered multiple hurricanes including Katrina in the direct gulf coast region with no separation of the membrane from the substrate. Additionally the system can be re-coated to secure an additional warranty period for a fraction of the cost of the original install. This makes the system one of if not the most economical choice available on a long term basis. Each installation is customized to achieve a performance level that is unequaled in the industry. The FlexKote System can be installed in multiple steps, levels and methods to address any type of waterproofing function desired on any plane and on most any surface. This makes the system more than not the most economical choice for leak repairs when complete replacement is not an option.
